"Live the Birkie" Nordic Walking Evenings

The American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation and Ski and Tea are co-sponsoring, "Live the Birkie" Nordic Walking Evenings on Wednesdays, at 6:00 p.m. starting August 6th and continuing through October 29th. Nordic Walking Clinics


Turn your fitness walk into a total body workout with Nordic Walking. Nordic Walking is extremely popular in Europe with over 80 million participants.

No matter your age, gender, fitness level, or experience, Nordic Walking is the perfect low impact total body workout for everyone. Trail Volunteer Work Morning - Saturday, August 30th


The work day on the August 30th will be from 9:00 a.m. - Noon, meeting at the OO trail crossing. Bring gloves, loppers and long handled cultivators or shovels, and a water bottle.
